This excursion gives you a double perspective on one of the most picturesque italian stretches of coast: Cinque Terre National Park. This famous UNESCO World Heritage Site comprises 5 fishing villages, Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso, all set in breathtaking position on the steep slopes of the mountains overlooking the open sea, surrounded by lush nature, terraced hills and vineyards. The minivan will take you to the village of Manarola while your private guide will tell you more about this unique place, its inhabitants and the many challenges they must face every day to live in such a special place. The views from the road are breathtaking. You will then reach the village of Vernazza by boat and from the sea you will have chance to admire the typical Mediterranean vegetation and the rugged coastline. After some free time to explore the village, you will move forward to Monterosso, the largest of the 5 villages, where you will find many shops and restaurants. Take advantage of this chance to sample some of the local specialties, such as focaccia, pesto sauce or the famous anchovies and maybe find the right present for the loved ones back home. You will return to your hotel by minivan. Depending on weather conditions and other unforeseen situations, we reserve the right to change the means of transportation and the order of the visit.
