Cooking Class with a Massaia


Overview: our cooking classes are held at Trattoria Mia Cucina right in the heart of Borgo Egnazia and are the perfect occasion to learn all the secrets behind the most famous and delicious Apulian recipes, from pasta to focaccia bread and much more. Furthermore, this class can be turned into a real competition, dividing the group into teams, creating a sort of challenge amongst the participants. Different options are available:

  • organizing a unique class where the participants will prepare the same dish;
  • organizing a sort of “competition” that will challenge each participant on individually
  • preparing a dish; at the end of the competition, the chef will choose the winner;
  • organizing a team challenge – interesting option when it comes to groups of people that usually work

together – during which each team will prepare a chosen menu; at the end the chef will choose the winning team. There are different typical Apulian menus that can be chosen to be prepared.
