Overview: our cooking classes are held at Trattoria Mia Cucina right in the heart of Borgo Egnazia and are the perfect occasion to learn all the secrets behind the most famous and delicious Apulian recipes, from pasta to focaccia bread and much more. Furthermore, this class can be turned into a real competition, dividing the group into teams, creating a sort of challenge amongst the participants. Different options are available:
